The program for Easter Open Garden on Easter Saturday 31st March through to Easter Monday 2nd April is complete and something we are so excited about is our extra special guest on Easter Saturday – the one and only Costa Georgiadis.
If you have never met Costa or heard him speak, he has a level of enthusiasm and excitement that makes me look chilled. Costa kindly wrote the forward to Sophie’s Patch the book and has agreed to come over and will be doing talks in the shed on Saturday.
Speakers
We will have other garden speakers on Easter Sunday and Monday covering birdscaping your garden, butterfly gardening, urban beekeeping and organic vegie growing.
Cooking Demonstrations
I am also delighted to announce that we will have the wonderful Heather Hristovski, known in the industry as the chefs’ trainer, doing cooking demos at 12.30 on Easter Sunday and Monday using produce from Sophie’s Patch. Heather wowed us with her wonderful dishes at our Pumpkin festival so we cant wait to have her back.
